At the end of January, I told Mr. Coy James that I'm not going to be able to make a payment at the end of the month. He told me that is fine, I just need to get ahold of Kaylan and she'll help move my payments. So I did call Kaylan and I explain to her what was going on and she told me it was fine and she will move my payment. Well, that never happened. I had gotten an email at the beginning of February saying I was dropped for the program due to a stop pay on January's payment. I tried to explain the Mr. Coy James what was going on that and that this isn't far. Now, thanks to them never getting ahold of my of my lenders, mainly Line of Credit, My wages are now garnish because this company never did their job on contacting Line of Credit. This company treats their customer's very poorly and doesn't work with them if they are having a financial problems for one month. I would like for them to pay Line of Credit themselves since they never did their jobs. Even my office manager was trying to talk to Miss. Kaylan about this matter, and she was no help per my office manager. My office manager even told me that it sounds like they never even contacted this company how is now garnishing my pay. I would like this matter taken care of please!!!
