My emails stop coming to my gmail.com account. Pay Solutions said they could fix this problem and they did. They then told me I was hacked and people in Mexico had all my information from my phone including bank account and debit card number. They said the could erase this information from hackers. I paid them $99 for this service. Come to find out Pay Solutions are hackers and scammers. Can you help get my $99 back and protect me from them.

My emails stopped coming. Pay Solutions said they could fix my email problem and they did. Then they told me I was hacked and people in Mexico had all my information including bank account and debit card numbers. They said they could erase all this information from them for $99. I paid them with my debit card.
What can I do about this.

I wasn't getting my emails for 6 days. I knew something was wrong. So, I tried to contact Google on line thinking I got the right company. Someone did a chat with me named John Roberts, Nikhil, and Tim Winter. They all have Indian accents. I was so stupid to fall for their scam of purchasing a 3 year protection plan which they offered for $500.00. Their offers were 3 yrs for $500.00 for Security and Support and they said it's good for all our gadgets and can be also protected if I travel internationally. I paid through my Visa card and let them take over my computer desk top to clean out my emails. SO DAMN and STUPID of me. My son investigated their website and for sure it's a "new style scam" that they're doing. I called immediately my bank and canceled my card and I wanted a refund but my bank said to contact the merchant again because it was paid via debit card, my bank cannot issue a cancelation. I called the fake scammer and he said they can only issue back $250.00 to me. I was so stressed and furious for what I did. I am WARNING EVERYONE TO DOUBLE CHECK THE WEBSITE WHERE TO GO IF YOUR EMAIL IS NOT WORKING. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE. Bottom line is they hacked/hostaged my email so I can contact them! Please make sure it is a legit representative of Google.
