When trying to contact the veterinarian in this complaint, it became clear that the veterinarian, Stephan Pevzner, and Pawsitive Veterinary Care does not exist. The veterinarian license # 29V120509100fe provided is also nonexistent.
The puppy was purchased from Elena Lyubnitsky and Anna Linick of NJ. The arrangements took place over the internet, and cell phone #516-236-8475 and later in person.
Vaccination Records for the puppy were provided at the time of delivery. Later when the puppy became sick, we tried unsuccessfully to contact the veterinarian about the inefficacy of one of the vaccines, it became clear that the DMV does not exist.
