Ordered a product from their website, they took my credit card payment, never sent a confirmation email. I contacted them, and they did not respond to my inquire. They have not sent me the product ordered. I look on trustpilot and see they have done this to many other people as well.

Found website online while searching for heavy coats for dogs.

Placed order 1/10/25 and paid for expedited shipping (2-5 days).

Received email 1/15/25 with confirmation and notification that package shipped and was provided a tracking number.

After one week, I checked the tracking

number and on 1-26-25 my package was in a warehouse in China.

There is no phone number, only an email which states someone will respond within 24 hours or next business day.

I sent an email with no response and continued tracking my package.

2-1-25 my package was still in China so I sent another email.

2-5-25 I received a reply from Sandra ( Premier Trust Store) denying my request for a refund stating my package is in transit. They Also denied my request for refund on expedited shipping even though they have failed to deliver my package.

As of 2-11-25 I still have not received my package.

I ordered this product from their website. They say they delivered it on January 21 and left it with an individual. We never received anything. I've looked online and seen reviews that others had the same experience with this company and also their 'delivery service' JS Express. I've complained to the company and I'm also disputing the charge with my credit card company.
