Ordered 3 items after researching the website throughly. Instantly started getting red flags an attempted to contact someone about cancelling. Upon continually being denied, it then took over a month and a half to recieve a singular necklace. Two were missing and the only singular necklace was made not only incorrectly, but looked nothing like my dog.

I still haven’t gotten a response.
