Ordered 16 pack of summer dresses/short sets. Said it had been delivered but was not. Asked for refund 4 times but received same format messages. I lost $46.97. This is the first time anything like this has happened to me. Never again.

Purchased clothing-tracking said it was delivered. Contacted company & they said they would send again gave new tracking number. Again tracking said delivered-again sent email & they agreed to refund 70%-told them wanted 100% clever jerks!!!

I placed an order on 5/22/2026, my order was never delivered. They sent fake delivery dates which my items were never delivered. They finally emailed me and said they would send a refund and I have yet to see that, I emailed them about it and was told it was lost in the system and they will issue another refund. All they do is give you the run around!!! Terrible

I went on Facebook saw the dresses. I purchased them. I waited a month, they said on the track my purchase it was delivered but to the wrong address. I went to the address they never got my package. I told them it was the wrong address. And I wanted a refund. The whole site was changed or deleted. Im out $36.98.

Ordered a few outfits with this company and never received the product. I got ahold of them and they said they would resend my order but still have not received it. It has been over 2 months now. I tried to contact them again and they blocked me so I couldn't contact them any further.

I ordered summer dresses and used my debit card and after a month of not receiving anything I contacted them thru the email on their website pavilook.com and they first said it was delivered and I told them it wasn't and so they said they would send it again and the second time they said it was delivered which it was not. Then they offered a 70% refund and I said no I want a full refund and they said ok we processed your refund which I still have not received. And, upon reading other similar situations, I doubt I will receive it.

Online clothing retailer Pavilook scammed me out of an order. I contacted their customer service and was told they delivered it. However, shipper had no proof of delivery. They had my address wrong (used Vancouver, OR instead of WA) and I told them to fix that for the replacement shipment. Second shipment was supposedly delivered yesterday. It is not here. I again have emailed customer service with no reply so far. While it wasn't much, I wanted to report this to prevent others from losing money with them.
