Ordered what was described as an elegant evening dress. Product received was poor quality and not as depicted, material was like T shirt material. Customer service # message was not taking calls at this time, so I emailed them asking for a return label since they have a 30-day return policy 3 times, each time I got the same message that they are trying to make things right but no return label. When I said I would open a dispute claim with my credit card, they said they would refund me 50% and I could keep the dress and I would lose the CC claims, so their offer was better. I initiated a claim with my payment source and received a resolution after multiple emails and pictures were sent. I spent a lot of time on my big mistake ordering from this company, lesson learned DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY unless you enjoy headaches and like to waste time!!!
