I purchased two “Nee Doh” Easter advent calendars. The product has the Nee Doh packaging and pictures of actual Nee Doh products on the outside, but the actual product is counterfeit. I contacted the company and told them I would initiate a chargeback with my credit card company since the product is fake, unless they issued a full refund. I was told they will refund 15% and I can keep the product or they will accept a return if I pay return shipping.

Ordered shirts. Paid for expedited shipping. Got shirts wrong size and missing lettering. Contacted company to get a refund. They have offered me $4,$7, and $9 refund and told me I could pay to ship them back to them. They are also using alias company names like wearfreedomproudly which also scammed me as well out of money and lied about shipping in the United States. Now they are ghosting me. I’ve contacted my bank and PayPal but no one is doing anything about it. I’m now out $140 total between the two companies and can’t get my money back

I ordered a golf shirt "Master's" from Masters Fan shop that was advertised on Facebook. I paid via pay pal and the shirt was delivered. It's a cheap knock off of a Master's golf shirt. I followed the instructions that were online to make a return, now the company website is no where to be found and no one is returning my emails. I paid postage to return the shirt and no refund!!! $52.16 was charged to my credit card

Purchased a product advertised as bookmark makers. I purchased over $50 worth for a school project. These were meant to peel open and close. What I got were flimsy single ply sheets of plastic. Total scam and rip off, this website should be shut down, customer service non existent.

On Facebook. Video of Veteran making, assembling a wooden flag. The assembly is done in strips to create the American flag. The price seemed to good to be true, which it was but I liked the flag and wanted to give the Veteran business. Received emails stating the product was being sent through logistic company being sent from Genoa, *****  Italy, then Enna ***** Italy, customs of Italy. Package was received and the return address was Geaers Fortss **** S Ashland Ave Chicago IL *****. I went on the website, Assimilateinto.com and order 2 more items. It shows up as Yigan Network Technology Limited on my paypal account and they charge Tax and Insurance (no choice given on insurance) - paypal@*********.com.On invoice there is an Invoice ID and Transaction ID.

The website claimed to be selling LoveShackFancy Stanleys. I bought 4. Was given the run around each time I emailed wondering why I received a tracking number that had not moved in over a week. It was from China. All fake merchandise. The mug and straws were fake. They did not even attempt to fake the straw topper, bag, or box that the real brand carries. I have emailed several times stating I need a refund and this is fake merch and no response.

She was on different fb groups advertising and telling a sad story about needing business. I ordered a hat and a portfolio. I sent her a description of what I was wanting. 12 weeks in an still no items. It took 6 months before receiving my items. The hat was poor quality and not designed the way I asked. The portfolio was also very cheaply put together and NOT how I asked for it to be designed. I saw myself lucky to even get anything after finding out how many others hadn’t gotten any items what so ever.

I ordered some mini heat-up steamers (to steam out clothing wrinkles) for traveling. After 2 weeks, I finally received a product completely different -- it was a mister for skin or sanitation. I contacted the company which asked me for photos. I provided their product and a photo of the product they advertised (completely different), and they said it was the same. They charged me an extra $9 than what the receipt was.

Purchased footwear and when received they were a terrible knock off of what was pictured on website. Very poor quality with toxic glue smell. I mailed them back the same day received. Tracking showed they were delivered back to them. They refuse to refund my purchase.

I had purchased an Ohio State jersey from this company. Not only did they not provide me with a tracking number or email, but there was no contact number on the website, just a fake email. When you click the link included in the order email to view the status, it’s a broken link. I never received my package. When I contacted them about it, another email contacted me, probably from a foreign country. They have not stopped harassing me about receiving a payment that I have already made. They are threatening to get their lawyers involved and this is ridiculous. I am never ordering from them again. I am contacting to resolve this issue and to get the harassment to stop.

This company advertised a free knee support sleeve and only pay shipping. So I decided to get it. This was in May 2023. I received the item and it wasn't great and didn't fit. I didn't think anything of it until October of this year, when I noticed a charge on my credit card for $37.57. I looked back through my statement and I was being charged every month since I made the one time purchase. I have a dispute with my credit card company. I tried calling the number and got no answer. They seemed to have entered me in a subscription VIP program without my consent. This is a scam. I've had to get a new card because of this.

I ordered an infinity hoop (order #283979) it took some time to receive. When I opened the box I was excited and put the hoop together. I used it and the ball came flying off the hoop and could have substantially hurt one of my pets a person or broken my valuables. I noticed the weighted ball was BROKEN. The very day it arrived I contacted support and advised the ball was broken (I even sent pictures) it has now been two weeks they continue to tell me it is not broken. I have asked more than 5 times for them to send me a label so I can return the product as I do not want it. They ignore my requests. I have called their office and NO ONE EVER answers the phone I have left MANY voicemails and have sent over 20 emails now.

I have filed a fraudulent charge with my credit card (and advised them and they still dont seem to care). I am now notifying the Better Business Bureau in the hope of you getting this handled. I tried to up load a picture and it froze your website .. so I guess that wont work. either.

It is ridiculous what you need to do with to get a refund of a broken item. This weighted ball if not secured properly could do major harm to anyone in the vicinity.

Claiming to sell a specific brand of jeans called Judy Blue. A very good quality brand. It took 3-4 weeks to arrive and when it came yesterday I opened a package that was cheap material, had no tags in the jeans, and was a knock off of Judy Blue jeans. I emailed the company and they pretty much told me lies, like they take the tags off so the jeans are more comfortable. They also use poor English, so I know they are not a reputable company.
