This scam says 'free express shipping', that's a lie; 30 day returns… after you jump through all their stupid hoops, maybe - we will see. Items ordered were different than what was delivered.

I placed two orders with this business. Per the business website they are in Hong Kong. I have emailed their customer support several times as instructed on their website for return instructions and refund request. I keep getting a generic email response again and again telling me they cannot find my order. I have sent all requested info via email over and over again including my order number and order confirmation email. Still i get no reply with return instructions for a refund.

They have a 30 day return period from date item is received.

This business is not responding to my request for return instructions intentionally. ** WARNING Do Not Do Business with Pauls Wardrobe ** it is next to impossible to get refund and quality of merchandise is horrible!

I ordered a sparkly jacket. When it arrived about 2 weeks after I ordered it, it looked nothing like what was pictured on their website. It was very cheap and had hardly any sparkles. They had stated that they had easy returns, no questions asked. They requested photos. Then they offered to rebate 50% of the cost and let me keep the jacket, or mail it to an address in the UK at my own expense. Neither was acceptable to me so I reported the details to my credit card company. Paul Wardrobe then emailed me that they would refund my money in full, and I am waiting to see if that happens. I have found many reviews online from others who had the same experience. The reviews on their website are somehow all positive. Also, the same day I ordered the item, they asked me to publish a review (even though I didn't have the item) in exchange for a 50% discount. I did not do that, but maybe that is how they get their positive reviews.
