I ordered a sparkly jacket. When it arrived about 2 weeks after I ordered it, it looked nothing like what was pictured on their website. It was very cheap and had hardly any sparkles. They had stated that they had easy returns, no questions asked. They requested photos. Then they offered to rebate 50% of the cost and let me keep the jacket, or mail it to an address in the UK at my own expense. Neither was acceptable to me so I reported the details to my credit card company. Paul Wardrobe then emailed me that they would refund my money in full, and I am waiting to see if that happens. I have found many reviews online from others who had the same experience. The reviews on their website are somehow all positive. Also, the same day I ordered the item, they asked me to publish a review (even though I didn't have the item) in exchange for a 50% discount. I did not do that, but maybe that is how they get their positive reviews.
