Ordered twice by mistake and was unsuccessful in remedying due to no communication from vendor.

Furthermore, items of clothing too small and of poor quality.

I ordered a dress from this company and when it arrived it looked nothing like the advertised picture. So I requested return information from their website but have been getting the runaround from their customer service. They will not give me an address to return the item and have requested ridiculous steps such as pictures of the item and pictures of the tags on the item. They even requested a picture of me wearing the dress. it is obvious that this place is a scam and they have no intention of accepting my return and refunding my payment.

I ordered two shirts that did not fit the order I gave. I have been trying to return the shirts for a refund but they continue to ask for photos and reasons why they don’t fit. All of which I have sent. They will not give me an address to return these ill fitting items. They seem to be avoiding the necessary return.

DO NOT buy from Paul Wardrobe! Their website explicitly advertises "Free Shipping" and "30-Day Returns — no questions asked", but it is complete false advertising. When I reached out to return an item, their customer service refused to honor their stated return policy. They deflect, refuse to provide return labels, and trap you with cheap products that don't match expectations. Their "no questions asked" guarantee is a complete lie designed to trick shoppers into ordering. Save yourself the headache and financial loss — buy elsewhere!

I ordered a casual blazer. The picture showed it as a black knit with a real denim collar and real denim cuffs. The blazer took forever to arrive and finally when it did I was totally surprised. The blazer is a piece of junk. The knit material is one of the worst knit materials possible/ there is absolutely no real denim to be found anywhere... just a cheap printed material trying to be passed off as authentic denim. The sizing was way off... website statement about sizing was way off. The size I ordered and what I received is a joke... I'm guessing probably 4-5 sizes too small. My opinion of this website is: pictures of merchandise are misleading/ way overpriced products and the site can't be trusted. The so-called blazer isn't worth any amount of money.
