Definitely a scam! Website looks great but when you realize your order is not delivered, customer service reps give you scripted excuses- my 3rd call I was told multiple contradicting reasons. I paid $90 and my loved one never received the flowers in the hospital. They should be ashamed! Someone please shut this company down!

We ordered a plant/flower combo for our Boss's Dad's funeral. (we got the largest they had) They sent a little rinky dink plant, no flowers that we paid additional money for. Ask for flags to be placed in the basket, there were no flags. I called to complain, we took pictures of the small plant, they asked us to send them the pictures and they would investigate. We were so upset. They did refund us $45.00 back. Will never order from them again.

I ordered a floral cross for my mothers burial and got something that did not look like the picture on their web site. It was not nearly as artful as the picture on the site. I had even chosen the delux option, which claimed to be most like the pic, and paid extra for it! When I complained, they claimed it was within their policy to make substitutions, and would not reply to further inquiries. See pics of both: no reasonable person would regard what they sent as a valid substitution.

This company is run by scam artists. I have found out that they are not a legit company. We (my family and I) had ordered flowers from them for my sister-in-law's memorial service in Duck, NC. I spent an hour and 1/2 on the phone with Alex, one of the sales team. We discussed many options and he put me on hold several times to "ensure" that my large order were available for the service and that they would be delivered the following day before noon. I was very concerned and wanted it to be there because due I could not be there. I called back about 5 min before closing to ensure that it would be completed and delivered before noon and was told that my order had already been pulled and it would be the first thing done and they would let me know when it would be delivered.

At 10 the next morning, I received a call from a guy named Ken. He said he was the manager and he was sorry that my order had to be cancelled. They didn't have the product. I was very confused. I told Ken that I had talked at length to Alex. He said I must have misunderstood. So, then he put me on hold and NEVER came back! I then called another florist and found out that Patricia's Petals is acting like a legit busy BUT THEY ARE NOT A LEGIT business! All of my family had called Patricia's Petals and EVERYONE's order was cancelled because the REAL local florist had been called by Patricia's Petals to fill the orders that were being called in. The pictures on their page are taken from 800-Flowers, Teleflora, FTD, another Florist's website. When I found this out, I called Patricia's Petals back. I talked to a girl named Lanie. She said she was a manager. But she was incredibly rude and hung up on me when I directed the question as to what they did with my order and I needed my money back. I called her back. She said my order was cancelled and I would not be charged and then told me to never call them again!

I WOULD SUGGEST THAT NO ONE ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY ! In researching it... I discovered they are out of Boca Raton, Florida, and not in the Outer Banks at all. They are a SCAM!

This is a fake "florist" with no physical address or local phone number. They claim to be voted the best in my town but they are not here. They call me from time to time to ask me to fill orders for them but I always refuse. Call your local florist direct get their physcial address, ask them what landmarks or businesses they are next to. Do not get ripped off by these scammers.

This company is a fraudulent business. It says it is a family owned business in hundreds of cities and town, when actually they are an online ordering company who is deceiving the customers into believing they are local. Stay away from these types of businesses! Call a LOCAL florist direct, ask where their exact location is. Talk to a REAL florist!

Ordered arrangement to be delivered to employee on her last day at work. I was informed by another employee that flowers were not received. Spoke with 3 different people at florist and they told me, quote delivery driver, "flowers were delivered that day at 3:45pm" and because he comfirmed this they could not refund our corporation for their purchase. I then called office where employee worked and spoke with 2 more employee's and both stated flowers were not received at their office. I think this is poor business ethics and they should honor refund request. Please be cautious before ordering from Patricia's Petals out of Fayetteville,NC

Ordered flowers for very sick granddaughter after surgery. Flowers never arrived. I called and was told that the “ran out of flowers and their supplier couldn’t tell them when they’d get more.” Seriously? Never called to tell me and I wouldn’t have known if I hadn’t called. Scam company.

Ordered online $100 arrangement of Gerber Daisies to be delivered on the next day (which was her birthday). They texted me at 4 pm the following day saying they would need to substitute the Gerber Daisies for Carnations and deliver it the following day (which was a Day AFTER my sisters Birthday.

I told them I needed a full refund immediately. I had to call another florist and pay an exorbitant fee in order to get my Gerber Daisy arrangement delivered on that same day due to the negligence of Patricia’s Petals. Working on getting my money back.

Horrible Scam in my opinion. No Physical Address can be found on their location either.

I ordered an arrangement on line on June 15, 2021 for a friends funeral occurring on June 18, 2021. I receive confirmation of the order. The evening before the funeral, I received a call that the order could not be fulfilled. The call came at 4:00 pm which left me zero opportunity to place an order with another florist in time for the 9:00 a.m. service. I called the florist and was transferred to an answering service in Florida where they confirmed the order would not be filled and sorry for my luck. I have not been able to verify the charges to my card, but given prior complaints of a similar nature, I believe this location may be trying to scam folks for credit card information. Steer clear of this florist!

This customer called PatriciasPetals to send a plant to a friend. I placed the order and they guaranteed delivery by 3:30pm est to my friend. I received an email confirmation for my order and a pending charge appeared on my checking account statement activity. No plant was ever delivered. Plus they added a $15.99 service charge to my free delivery order!
Horrible!
I shut my card down and ordered a new one.
In addition, I called to file a complaint yesterday morning with PatriciasPetals. They assured me they would have their supervisor by the name of RD call me back by the end of the day. I never received a callback from anyone.

Mother’s Day flower purchase from Patricia’s Petals. Free shipping offered on website. I purchased a floral arrangement on 5/4/21 with 2 ballons spent $90 and the flowers never arrived on 5/7/21 for Mothers Day. I asked for a refund and the customer service disappeared. No answer by phone either.

I ordered a floral arrangement on the Patricia's Petals website on Monday, May 2 to be delivered for a Mother's Day gift on Saturday, May 8. I received a call from their number a few hours later on Monday, May 2 saying that the order would not be able to go out on Monday. Confused, I confirmed with the representative (Brian) that the order was for Saturday and that was still when I would like it to be delivered. He confirmed it would be delivered on Saturday. I received a call from the same number on Friday, May 7 saying the specific flower arrangement that I ordered would not be available and if I was comfortable with a designer's choice arrangement instead. I spoke to another representative (female, not sure her name) and gave my consent to do a designer's choice arrangement. I also confirmed with her again that the arrangement would be delivered for Saturday, May 8. Again, this delivery date was confirmed. On Saturday, I confirmed with the recipient around 8:00 p.m. PT that the flowers were never delivered to the Livermore, CA address. I called and spoke to Brian on Sunday, May 9 at 8:00 a.m. PT and voiced my frustration in the order not being delivered and asked for an explanation. I was told that he needed to confirm where the order was, if it was ever sent out for delivery, and if not, if something would be able to go out that day. I asked to speak to his manager. He told me they were not available and he would return my call in a few hours when his manager returned. I never received a call. I called again at noon PT and spoke to Brian yet again. He told me that apparently the order was out for delivery, but he could not confirm and he would not be able to get in touch with the delivery driver. I asked again to speak to his manager. He told me the manager was again not available. At this point, I asked that he begin process of a refund due to the order still not being fulfilled and my extreme displeasure at the customer service. He told me that he could not process the refund without authorization of his manager and he would call me back when he had more information or I would receive an email confirmation when the refund was authorized. I told him that if I did not receive a call or email by the end of the day, I would be reporting this charge to my bank and also reporting their business to BBB. I never received a call back from Brian or an email confirmation. However, I do not see the payment listed as a transaction on my bank statement (AMEX), so potentially the refund was processed. I will be following up with AMEX to confirm. I would like this business flagged as a scam.
