This company is a joke stay away from them. They are a scam. They take your money, they claim to be local and serving the community and they are not. I ordered flowers to be delivered by 530pm. I called at 5 was told they were on the road for delivery..called at 530 and was told the delivery was scheduled for tomorrow. Asked to speak to a manager, was told the order showed a delivery of 6/9. I have an email confirmation of 6/8 and notes that say to be delivered before 5pm. Manager said she needed to pull the call log, then hung up on me. Spoke with cheska. This company is a fraud and need to be shut down

I ordered flowers for my uncle's funeral to be delivered the day before the funeral. They missed this date, so I called them and received assurance that they would be delivered in time for the funeral. They were not. The following evening, the delivery driver called to say he was there with the flowers. Multiple phone calls, multiple assurances that a manager would investigate and return my call, and no return phone call, even despite multiple follow up emails. They showed no remorse and made a sad day even worse by letting us down. I could never recommend this company.

They did the same thing with me; I made the order 3 days in advance, i called them a day before the service, just to make sure they got the order and it will be there on time. They assured me that everything is on time, but i received a message on the day of the service, just 20 mins before the set delivery time, asking me to change my order and divert delivery to a home address! This was a funeral service, you cannot make mistakes like this in a situation like this! I told them that this is not an option, they hanged up the phone! A lawsuit is brewing.

Someone needs to close down this website! I went to the funeral and my flowers weren’t there! They text me after the funeral was over and said they didn’t have the flowers I requested and will refund my money. I sent back a text asking why they didn’t call earlier and send something else? No response! Such a special time that I needed to show my sympathy and nothing from our family! I couldn’t be more disappointed! Every review is negative! How can we shut them down?

I thought they were local to the area I needed flowers sent for a funeral. They promised they would have them delivered that afternoon. That evening I spoke to my sister whose father in law had passed. No flowers. She called the number in the morning. They told her they weren't sure when the flowers would come and to please not call them again. I called them right up and canceled the order. She didn't even argue. They were never going to send them. Called a local florist that delivered a gorgeous bouquet in two hours. Was so mad at myself for not paying attention and reading online reviews before using an unknown company. What a bunch of crooks!

They did with me what they did with everyone else. I should have read those reviews before I order! I placed an order for my friends birthday. I wanted something different and yet classy. I was not looking for the common flower arrangements, and I paid over $80 for it.
What she got was completely different. Not even close! Nothing at all! And they offered me a 16 dollars refund! What a rip-off and scammers they are!

I am not local to where my sister lives so did what many others did when they were also scammed by Patricia’s Petals - googled “florist [city name].” I wish I would have dug a little deeper but fell for the website, the claim for being a family owned and operated business, and the ease of purchasing. I ordered an arrangement for my sister’s first day back from maternity leave, placing my order several days in advance. I went to the website on the delivery date to see if there was an estimated time frame and found none, so I called to ask around 12pm. The calls are handled by a call center and this florist is definitely NOT local as they claim to be (I mean, I guess they’re local to somewhere but not to all the places they are the first ad for). They told me my order was out for delivery but refused to tell me when it might be delivered. Several hours later (now 3pm on delivery date), I called again and was told it was out for delivery but they couldn’t give me a time. At 5pm I called yet again and was told my delivery would be complete by 8pm. As of 9am the next day, my sister still hasn’t received her flowers. I called the customer service line to report that the delivery wasn’t made and ask for a refund and was told that they need to consult with the delivery driver first. I asked them why since I am the paying customer who did not receive what I ordered in the timeframe it was meant to be received in, and was told again they had to talk to the driver. They were completely unapologetic about my sister not receiving the flowers I sent and told me they would call me “within the day” to update me on the status. If/when I get that call I WILL be requesting a refund because it is entirely unacceptable to not deliver the order on that date, and there was ZERO communication about any potential delays. It really does seem that if you order through this business they then turn around and try to find somewhere “local” to place your actual order, charging huge fees in the process. I wish I would have found these reviews before making my purchase. Definitely worth the extra effort to call and see if where you’re purchasing from is actually local beforehand.

I called for flowers for my sister’s husband’s funeral. I spent over 30 minutes with the employee telling her exactly what I wanted, and she played along the whole time. . When my plane landed in Boston for the wake the next day, I received a text message from the company that “due to supply issues”, they were not able to complete my order. I had to find replacement flowers for the wake within hours to get them to the funeral home in time. In addition, when I called the number that texted me that message, it went directly to voicemail several times. When I contacted the main number, the employee could not locate the correct information for over 20 minutes. Their method of contact was cowardly and unprofessional. Due to time constraints, I was forced to settle for something far less than what I wanted to send for my SISTER on the passing of her husband. I will certainly be contacting the BBB as soon as I return home.

Boss ordered $100+ flower arrangement for administrative assistance day… What I got instead was a $59 sympathy bouquet of all white flowers. she ordered online from the “supposedly” local Red Bank New Jersey location, which is three minutes away; however the flowers were delivered from another florist in another state (Pennsylvania! ) by the name of Kiss Florist in Conshohocken… Not even remotely close to my house! Something is fishy about that as I cannot find an address where the actual Red Bank location is, if indeed it does exist. Like the other complaints below, I got a response to my email complaint from someone by the name of Angel. I question whether this person even exists or it just different people using that name to respond to emails. In any event I’m waiting for it to be resolved but after reading these reviews I’m thinking it wont be and that my boss and I got scammed. I believe Patricias Petals does nothing but gather the orders from online, and then distributes them to other florists to fill the orders, They are obviously skimming money off the top before they place the orders with the actual florists who do the arrangements and deliver them. Order your flowers directly from a local florist Who has an actual location/flower shop.
Do not order from them, their online website says they are local, they are not.

My husband's office ordered flowers for his father's funeral in 2 days advance. Patricia took the money but NEVER DELIVERED. Total scam. And then the office manager called to have the delivered to his mom's Condo later today. It is now 4:30pm and they STILL haven't come. Do they waste your money or tell with this place as I am convinced it's not an actual real place, but a scam.

Placed an order for a Funeral arrangement on Friday, April 15, 2022. This was for my daughter-in-law’s deceased Dad. They said they had to take the flowers on Saturday, April 16th be cause they could not deliver on Sunday. I agreed. The visitation was Sunday 5 pm and Funeral at 11 am on Monday. Mi talked t9 m6 son after the. Imitation…flowers were not there. I tried to call the Florist, no answer. I called them this morning and talked to 3 different people. No explanation. Just told me they could send a potted plant for there same price to a family member’s home. I told them, NO that I ordered a $208 SPRAY. They mumbled something and asked if I wanted to cancel the order. I said yes…they said my credit card will be refunded in 3-5 business days! Easy way for them to make money on my money…a few days interest! This really burns me up! They THOUGHT I would never know that they didn’t send the flowers! Wrong again! Anyway, DON’T get taken like I did! Scam artists! They don’t have any English speaking representatives that I can talk to either!

I ordered flowers, they called to say delivery person was sick and had to go home. They portrayed they are located in Corning New York when I ordered them a hometown shop right there in Corning. All untrue of course.

She is stating she cannot fill this order, as she has supply issue, she wants to provide designer choice, and is unable to tell me what flowers will be used. This seems totally unacceptable to me.

I need to be contacted by the owner of this company, to resolve this issue.

Then I sent them the complaints from this scam reports, and disputed with my Credit Card Company.
Then got this email We would like to inform you that this order has been canceled. We have issued you a full refund for this order which you should expect to see posted back onto your bank statement in 3-5 business days.

In closing these people need to be shut down and put out of this Business, of cheating consumers. Attorney General call and file a complaint in Binghamton New York. 607 251 2770 and with the better business bureau in Amhurst New York.

It was awful, my wife calls me to tell me thank you babe for my flowers, I asked her for a picture she sent it to me ( I stayed quite for a few seconds) according to Jezz the supervisor for patricia’s petals I forgot to read the fine print. Well I paid for a picture that they had as an example of what your buying and LET ME TELL YOU it was a BIG NO NO check out this pics and make your decision wisely! For future flower shopping DONT go thru Patricia’s Petals for any flower needs.

I even paid for premium flowers and was horrified when I got there to see this. like everone said they wanted pictures! I am posing this everywhere on the internet that I can to stop these rip off artist and reporting to the BBB!

Ordered flowers online for my daughter going through a miscarriage. Within an hour of placing my order I received a phone call from a totally different number saying they could not fulfill my order due to supply chain issues. I could barely understand the foreign speaking caller. I checked my bank account and I was already charged $80.18 for the arrangement. I called the number on my confirmation email and again got a foreign speaking make who assured me that the charge was already refunded. Checking my account again, it has not been refunded. Will be contesting the charge with my bank, but what a hassle. Meanwhile, my daughter is suffering through this without flowers and I've been scammed out of $80.

I have bad experience with this place. They over charged for small floral arrangements and the order was not completed. I ordered balloons as well and was charged for them but they weren't delivered. I made several attempts to contact a representative and they put me on gold for 35mins and other times they disconnect the call. I still have not received a refund for undelivered item.. never again. It appears to be a call center and they are commission paid. They care about orders not customer service and after sales care.
