This company falsely advertises their flowers and what I received was not at all what I ordered. It was 2 days late and the company is known for scamming people and not refunding their money. They kept making calls and e-mails that didn’t make sense and they don’t even have an address or location.

I wish I would have read the many crappy reviews before ordering! I ordered a week in advance and the flowers were not delivered on Valentine's Day!

Ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day several days prior. They called on Valentine’s Day to confirm card. Flowers never came. When calling them back, they stated the “order was cancelled” due to supplier issues. If you do a simple google search, this exact thing has happened to 10000s of people! True scammers. Keep you on hold forever. And no manager or supervisor to speak to.

Ordered birthday bouquet with full size card and mylar balloon. Friend got no card no balloon and different bouquet. Here's the kicker... delivery person didn't even knock to let her know they delivered the flowers. Then...no full size card, no balloon. Small card was a get well card with a message for another person, and a different address. Notified company of problem. Their solution was to refund me for the card and balloon, a a few dollars for the skimpy bouquet. I told them I would like the new correct order made and sent on their dime. Nope. That was all they were willing to do. Patricia's Pedals SUCK!

The flowers I paid $70 look absolutely noting like the photos my friend received for her birthday. She actually reached out to me saying that I should submit a complaint because the flowers she received were so pitiful. I contacted Patricia's Petals and the best they would offer was a $15 refund.

Searched online for a florist in Klamath Falls OR, Where I do not live, to send flowers to my daughter there for her birthday. The man who answered took my Order,Contact information and of course credit card information and said the flowers would be delivered between 10 a.m. and 5 PM. My daughter did not receive flowers, And My husband received a call back from the company With apparent further questions. Since the situation seemed suspicious, and it was 3 hours later and she still had not received anything, I called the company to find out what was going on. They put me on hold. After 3 calls of being put on hold for more than 15 minutes each, when they could not locate my order and did not come back to the phone, I called to cancel my order. This company does not exist in Klamath Falls Oregon, and from what I can tell is not a nationwide company at all even though they do have a website. According to florist's, This company is virtual and takes people's credit card numbers for a high dollar amount but then calls a local florist and wants to pay $20 to send a small bouquet that is not anything like what they have advertised online. In my case they never called anyone to my knowledge and I'm hoping they do not charge my card for more money. Very strange

DO NOT USE PATRICIA'S PETALS to order flowers or plants online! They are fraudsters and will substitute something CHEAP to rip you off! From the local florist I spoke to for the order Patricia's Petals sent for my cousin's funeral, they do this REGULARLY! BEWARE OF THEM as well as Ava's Flowers, Terri's Florist, 1800Flowers, From You Flowers, Blooms Today, Troy's Florist & Just Flowers...THEY ARE ALL RIPOFF ARTISTS!
FTD & Teleflora are online gatherers as well, but are reputable.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS! Gosh do I wish I had searched for reviews prior to ordering! Was looking for a local florist in Concord, CA to deliver a special birthday arrangement. This florist came up as being located in Concord, even gave a local address. What a scam!
I chose them because they offer the ability to "Pick My Petals" and I ordered a bouquet of pink lilies with no other flowers or greenery mixed in. Got a call next day saying they didn't have any pink due to a supplier issue, but they did have white lilies, so I agreed to a substitution of white lilies. BTW - customer sertvice call came from a Plainfield NJ number which I thought was odd and the person could barely speak English.
The arrangement that was delivered had only ONE lily and the rest was carnations, baby's breath and ferns. I complained and they threw their substitution policy back at me saying they had the right to substitute equal or greater value flowers if necessary. Carnations, baby's breath and ferns are of equal or greater value than lilies? They are offering me a pathetic $20 refund for an order that was $75!
The arrangement that was sent was also significantly smaller than what I ordered. All this business does is scam people out of money and send the absolute minimal arangement. I wonder what are they actually conveying to (and paying) the local florist that makes the deliveries. I was trying to use a local business. Unfortunatgely since I got burned, next time I'll just go back to using FTD. At least they stand behind their product and offer customer service. Here's a picture of what I ordered v. what I got.

I ordered flowers for one of the Club Q shooting victims to be delivered to his hospital room. Next day they tell me they are having a supply chain issue and now they’re completely ghosting me. Charged me and never received anything! Complete and total scam. I will be reporting them every place I can!

Ordered same day delivery for a funeral and they called and said they wouldn't need delivering until the next day while the funeral was taking place. I was then guaranteed they would be there next day and then they cancelled the entire order. When I called into customer service, I was hung up on every time I asked to speak to a manager or corporate. Very unprofessional... They even lied about being in Norfolk VA by saying they were local but I couldn't pick up the flowers, as the building was being renovated. I then learned they aren't even in Virginia, they are in Florida...I see why the BBB rating is one star

Ordered flowers to be delivered for a funeral. Delivery was canceled late afternoon on delivery date. Funeral home and local florists confirmed this is a regular occurrence and financial scam to prey on grieving non-locals who want to send flowers for services. Business refused to provide payment void or refund receipt.

Unfortunately this doesn't allow me to give negative stars so I guess they can have a 1. Please, please, please spare yourselves and DO NOT order from this company! I ordered flowers for my nephews FUNERAL and the crap that Patricia's Petals did was ridiculous! Let's start with the day before the actual funeral I received a text stating my over $100 standing spray (these are the sprays that go on either side of the casket) had been delivered and how did I like my purchase...this freaked me out considering they were a day early so I'm thinking the absolute worse and assuming they may have gone to another funeral I immediately called them and was told that the text was a mistake and they were scheduled to be delivered before 5 on 9/16...mind you I am in the middle of grieving but seeing as I myself work in customer service I was understanding and just reconfirmed my delivery date and time and ended the call. Now the next day...THE DAY OF THE FUNERAL!...I arrive with my family one hour before the service, as we are going over all the arrangements and collecting cards so that we can thank everyone later I notice that my arrangement is NOT included with the rest. This of course worries me, I speak with the funeral director (the funeral home btw was AMAZING) they researched for me but couldn't find my arrangement so I called Patricia's Petals half an hour before the service...I was told they were in route...when I asked what time would they be there I was again told they were in route...when I asked what was going to happen if they were late I was told...u guessed it they are in route! This was AFTER the customer service rep spoke with the driver and all I could get was "in route". The service BEGINS still no flowers! A half hour later I get a call the driver states he has been banging on the door and no one answers, I go to the desk and speak with a director (who was at the desk the entire time) she advises me there is a bell that he's supposed to ring because duh they can't hear him the front! I tell her that the driver claims he's been there for over five minutes, she shows me the camera that was right in front of her and advises me he just got there and when she seen who it was she stated "he knows better he's delivered here before" all while giving me a concerned look...I didn't understand why at they time until I saw the arrangement. This thing looked NOTHING like what I had ordered! It had these huge palm leaves sticking out from everywhere (even though what I originally ordered had palm leaves this was NOT the design) and then it barely had any flowers! For a premium stranding spray I expected more flowers considering the one pictured on their website DEFINITELY had more then a cheap $5 bouquet that was obviously just slapped onto my arrangement...and then the card! Not only did it have "chicken scratch" writing on it but it looked like it had been on the floor, it was dirty, it looked like it had been wet then dried and was crimply! When I called to speak with someone I was told I could only do that via email so I did...I was offered I believe $30 in credit, my repeated emails back and forth landed me an extra $15 for a grand total of $45 on a $109 arrangement that I couldn't even use! This was the last thing I could give my nephew and Patricia's Petals took that away from me. Please, please, please spare yourselves! I only looked at their reviews on their website which of course glorified them and I didn't think to look on actual review sites...BIG MISTAKE! I will be writing a review on every platform I can find so that this NEVER happens to anyone again! This has completely traumatized me...I feel as though I failed my nephew in providing him with a proper farewell and I will NEVER be able to get that back! Patricia's Petals should be ashamed! This is the arrangement that I received

Arrangement order was to remember a person who committed suicide. The arrangement was not even close to what was advertised and ruined the message behind these flowers. Photos included to show horrible service from this company.

Placed order online 4 DAYS ! advance, clearly put in instruction please delivery form 8am to 10am or call (receiver #). Day of delivery they called ME after 11am to CONFIRMED my email and my name ? not a receiver info... I asked them "so my order still not out for delivery regardless I specifically mention time frame of delivery". They promised to delivery ASAP
2hrs later... I called back, 10 mins of arguing and finding driver's eta...

It was delivered and left at the front door ? Driver doesnt how to ring the bell or call # , JUST LEFT IT ?

Really disappointed and ruined surprise ,,,

and being on hold for 10-15 mins when I tried to reach customer service ... I dont like this experience.

For my husband's birthday, I ordered a day ahead to make sure the delivery arrived on his birthday. However, Patricia's Petals delivered the day before and after business hours. Luckily there were still people there to receive the delivery but when they did the chocolate was a melty, gooey mess (photo included) and the "full sized" card I ordered was nothing but a small piece of crumpled paper. When I tried to call Patricia's Petals for support, I couldn't leave a message so I sent them an email. While I was grateful for the timely response, all they were willing to do was refund $20 of the $120 I spent. It was a terrible disappointing experience and I would caution anyone to avoid doing business with them.

I ordered flowers from them for my sons surprise engagement party. My budget was $250. I said no carnations, some roses and some balloons. I was charged $56 for 8 balloons and was sent a small bouquet of carnations to the wrong address! It wasn’t delivered anywhere close to the requested address! They refused to give me a full refund. They credited me $27 and my total bill was $258 for some balloons, carnations and three roses

Placed an order with patriciaspetals.com and it never arrived. I called to speak with them and they were quite rude on the phone. I still have not received a refund for this floral order. What an embarrassment of a company. Steer clear of this SCAM florist.

I agree with all of the posted reviews. I ordered a sympathy basket on Friday for delivery on the following Wed to my friend's home. On the delivery day I received a text from a Neveda number about my "delivery". I never associated this with my flower delivery. At 8 pm my friend had not received the flowers. Then I realized I never got a delivery confirmation email. So I sent the florist an email but did more research and found all these negative reviews. So I reported them as fraud to my credit card company. The charge was still pending, so I did not have to wait for a refund. But it did mean my card had to be canceled and replaced. I'm glad they didn't deliver anything because I am sure it would not have been worth the $80. I had paid. The are definitely SCAMMERS

Our business found this “local florist in Lexington, KY” and ordered an arrangement for same day delivery, only to be informed the delivery couldn’t occur until the next day— then we got a phone call that they were “all out of live flowers until next week”?! So we cancelled our order and got an email that our refund won’t be available for 3-5 business days! (But they still had the gall to email us a request for a positive review?) Avoid this outfit at all costs!
