This company sent official letters saying Pending Trademark Cancellation which was not true. After doing more research I learned our doesn't expire for another 2-3 years. The amounts they are trying to collect also seem to be a lot higher than the ones for the official Patent and Trademark Office which they try to mimic in the mailings. Super scammy!!!!!

I was sent a letter that appeared to be official about a pending trademark cancellation unless I paid $1090 to this company for renewal. The letter made it look like it was from the US PTO.

Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

Company sends notices regarding maintenance fees due on US Patents. Notices look official, but request payment of more than double the fee amount due to the real USPTO. Notices contain three separate mailing addresses, on the pre-addressed return envelope, the invoice and the original mailing envelope.
