I was sent a text message from this company. PassportCenter.com. Immediately after the text message was received my phone rang. I was asked if I needed help with my name change request for my passport application. I have NOT applied for a current passport, much less requested a name change.! I explained this to the women on the phone. I asked her questions about what I was supposedly changing my name to. She couldn't answer my question. I eventually hung up. I wasn't asked for money, but I wasn't going to wait around to be asked. I probably should have hung up right away. They claim to have a half dozen locations in the U.S. but no bbb report found.
