Pass Travel USA Reports & Reviews (117)

- Tucker, GA, USA

I utilized google , in order, to find where I could renew my passport before my passport expires. Moreover, I was on the assumption this was a direct government website and I fear now because this website I entered my social security number. I paid that website $67.88 , thinking that was apart of the renewal fee and this is my first time renewing my passport.

- Redding, CT, USA

I filled out all of the information on the website but stopped short of purchasing the passport. Everything looked legit but at the very end I got a bad feeling about it and googled Pass Travel USA. I hope that they were unable to keep all of my personal information. The website asked the exact same questions as the government site, in the same order and looked like it was actually for passport applications.

- Parkville, MD, USA

Bad site fills in same info, pretends to be US government

- Mahomet, IL, USA

All personal information was requested and appeared as if it was the online process to renewal a passport.

- Brandywine, MD, USA

Found https://pass-travel-usa.com/us-passport/

as a result of doing a Google search for

"Passport renewal". They are a fraudulent website impersonating the United States Government and duping people out of their money under the pretense of applying for a passport renewal. They appear to be a government website for passport renewal at fist glance. They take much the same personal information as is needed for an actual passport application and then charge a $64.88

processing fee.

- Mount Juliet, TN, USA

Thought it was a new site for passport application but see its not legit. I am freezing my credit reports.

- Tampa, FL, USA

They popped up on my Google first and second. They said they were credited with the government.

- Feasterville Trevose, PA, USA

They are impersonating a government website and took all of my personal information on pretense that they would provide a passport.

- Bellingham, WA, USA

The website seemed to be the online applications for passports I thought were rolling out. I am very worried about the information disclosed, more than the credit card fee.

- Annapolis, MD, USA

I paid $89 to fill out and print some forms. I thought I was submitting an application for a passport renewal.

- Rocky River, OH, USA

appeared to be a passport renewal website and entered all personal info

- Columbus, OH, USA

Was fraudulently made to think I was buying my passport. When you go to the form page, the websites URL changes to the government name site but with .com at the end and not .gov. They then mislead you and think you’re paying for your passport but instead you are paying for them to give you the forms which are free on the actual .gov website. Absolute scam.

- Norristown, PA, USA

google searched for passport renewal and the website was the first that came up. I didn't realize it wasn't the US state government website and the fee I was paying was not the passport fee. I'm now concerned that I gave them my SSN and passport number.

- Johnston City, IL, USA

I was searching for a form to renew my passport. Thinking I was on a government website, I was somehow redirected or I accidentally clicked on something and was taken to a third party website. I entered all my personal info that you’d find on a passport and submitted. I was emailed my completed for along with a return address label to National Passport Processing Center in Irving, TX.

- Portland, OR, USA

Appeared to be a legitimate website where one can complete a passport application online. My daughter entered all of her personal information and used my credit card to make a payment. My bank bounced the payment and when I came to assist, realized it was not a government site, and that you cannot complete a DS 11 online so it was a scam. Payment was blocked but all of my daughter's personal information, including ss # was entered into website.

I was looking online to fill out an application for a passport. I went to their website and filled out my information and when I submitted my application I needed to pay $69. The next screen said I needed to pay a fee of $130 for my passport. That's when I knew something was wrong. They have all my personal information and even asked for my parent's information. Ugh! Is there any way I can get my information revoked?

- Gloucester, MA, USA

I google apply for passport renewal. took me to site listed in complaint. Filled out the form with all my personal information and SS# and downloaded the completed applicaton with USPS tracking number ********************* prepaid label. Ship to National passport Processing Center, PO Box 90155, Philadelphia PA 19190-0155. I realized this was a scam by the address. Then realized I now need to lock down my personal information.

searched for passport application, this is the first site that comes up. Looks official and does provide an very convincing DS-11 form to fill out.

- Bloomingdale, IL, USA

The website came upon a google search for online passport application. They give the impression that it is the department of state. However after the transaction upon a closer inspection of the website they note in very small letters that it is not a department of state website. What's more fishy they don't have a physical address or phone number. They say as the transaction progresses that you will get a phone number with the confirmation email. But there was none and just an email. This business is meant to prey on individuals who didn't look carefully and they are taking private information including social security number. There are some miniscule attempts to avoid blame like the small letter warning that says its not a department of state website and a link to the official website at the bottom of the page.

- East Lansing, MI, USA

This site pretended to be us gov passport renewal. It was the top result on Google search for passport renewal. I thought it was the us government. I listed all of my personal info needed for passport renewal and thought I was paying for the renewal. They emailed me a form that I filled out and still owed the money for passport renewal to us government.
