Purchased a Trek mountain bike off this site. Later found out the description for the bike is fake and Trek doesn't even make this bike. Website said they are an authorized trek dealer. Purchased the product on a Monday and was told we would receive tracking in 1-2 days. Only way to communicate with them is through their online AI chat. No one picks up the phone. We were also told this by the AI chatbot.

They kept coming up with excuses as to why they couldn't provide tracking or any evidence of the bike.

We asked to be refunded our money and are still waiting for that to happen.

Website looks totally legit, but the entire thing is too good to be true. Just trying to help others not fall into the same scam as this company is not legit.
