My Dad received a text indicating that he had a parking ticket for $4.35. He sent me the screenshot because he never goes anywhere that he could have gotten a parking ticket. I went to the site (parkinghou.com) and it only asked for the name and zip code to locate the bill. Once I put the required info in, it asked for all the personal info and payment info. I decided to Google the URL and found that the website had been created just 17 hours ago, also the fact that it wasn't a .gov was suspicious. I imagine, being such a small bill, many people would just pay it as to avoid the $35 late fee that was mentioned in the text, and then they have enough info to hurt people financially. Please be careful out there!
