I am not obligated to register my personal information and private property with a Property Manager through Permit Software just to visit an acquaintance at their place of residence. I have no idea where my car is. The resident stated previous victims were forced to pay up to $200 to get their vehicles back. The video on youtube for parking permits of america says the property manager can "customize their price and increase monthly revenue" allowing the towing companys to make their cut charging the victims to regain their vehicle while remaining contactless with the victims. Placing all the responsibility and liabilty entirely on the residents and visitors while FORCING them to submit personal and private information via this Permit Software! Since when am I required to get Apartment Managers approval to visit a resident? I am Not the tenant yet I am obligated to submit personal and private property information with payment to park in a VISITORS parking space or risk my vehicle being towed... Stolen! Look at the youtube account for this PPOA created in 2016. Only 7 videos posted in 2016 no activity since. The X account, formerly Twitter, created around the same time has 2.... followers! This is a SCAM to acquire my personal data, device data, location data, meta data to sell it to third parties while Stealing my private property and charging me to get it back and I am not a resident of the apartment complex! I signed no contract!
