I paid my medical bill on February 5 through the Papaya app because that is what the medical facility said to do. on February 19, I noticed a withdraw of 39.00 for a subscription from Papaya that I did not sign up for. I am supposed to get a refund but it was money that I needed for other things. I am retired and have to watch my money. I do not want this to happen to others. After the money was withdrawn, I went to a consumer page and read reviews about this app. Many people had the same complaints.

I got a text from my bank that a company called Papaya attempted a transaction for 39.00 and they blocked it to see if I authorized it and I did not. I have no idea what this company is. Now I have to get a different card because of them which is very inconvenient.
