Called and said there was a problem with the computer and they needed to connect to fix and would sign up for 5 years of support and protection. Proceeded to walk 80+ year old through the process, connected using TeamViewer, reconfigured computer and set a new administrative password. Provided Survey, contract electronically signed, and invoice of the work performed and software for 5 year subscription. That software was not installed and we are locked out of the system and cannot remove any installed software.
