After informing him of our cold storage inventory he issued 2 Purchase Orders with a Panda Group logo on it. This is a well known chain so assumed all was ok and set up a release
at our cold storage in Mt. Vernon, WA. After some unorthodox attempts on their part to set up a pickup appointment I cancelled the release as it smelled fishy.(pardon the pun) Since then I have received several emails from Alex Clement and one from a Peter Chlosse asking for a release. I have tried to contact Panda corporate offices in Rosemead CA. but contact info is extremely hard to come by. I called their 800 number and left some info for someone from main office to call me but have not heard anything for several weeks. I would think Panda Group would be curious if someone was issuing fake PO's in their name worth over $220,000?
