Advertised as selling 4 children's grooved reusable writing books. Used the shopify app, so they looked reputable. However, took the payment and sent a confirmation email through shopify, stating order would arrive in 5-12 business days. Yet, no tracking number was sent (appears one is not associated with the order), there was no response from the company after multiple emails were sent requesting an update of the order status, and then finally just a full refund. And there is no phone number to contact anyone.
