Bought a swimsuit from this business. The business has no physical address listed. Just their email address [email protected]. I read the policy and it stated to contact them for a return. The suite was too big. I sent the email on 7/5/23 no response until 7/24 stating they won’t accept the suite and will refund me $5.

Ordered swimsuits. Received product but these did not fit. Attempted to return per the website policy and re eived no email for 2 weeks. Then got an email saying we were putside of the return window, which we were not. Then we were offered a discount on future items. Again requested to return products for a refund and were told we could not do this.

I ordered swimsuits from palmloam.com The product was received, but the quality was very poor in quality fabric and sizing. Their website stated they had a return policy for full money back which is why I took the risk to order from this company and try their suits knowing I could return what didn’t fit. I tried to return everything and they responded to my email in broken English and tried to offer me coupon codes instead of a refund. After 2 emails saying I would not accept a coupon and wanted full money back less shipping as their website advertised they never responded to any emails. I mailed the product back to the address on the package and never received a credit for the product or another email response. This is a deceptive company.
