My boyfriend's mugshot was on this website, an nowhere on the site are there terms and conditions or a specification for cost for the removal of an arresting listing. At the bottom the page, it provides an e-mail to [email protected]. So I kindly wrote them to remove the listing, and this is what they sent me back:

Dear Ms. Aulet,

That page is eligible for deletion. The one-time processing fee for permanent removal is $248.

Please let me know if you would like to remit payment electronically and I will expedite your request to the best of my ability.

When I confronted them about this, they did not write me back again. This is not a legitimate website, and they are scamming people for money. This is also an invasion of privacy.
