This company reached out to me on my birthday for me to purchase a watch and become a brand ambassador and join their team I have waited almost a whole year they have took my money I have yet to receive a tracking number or any updates about the situation they give you the runaround and apologize but will not do anything

Ordered jewelry from PalmAloha 5 months ago and still have not received items. Contacted them on several occasions via Instagram and their various email addresses with no response and still they ignore my correspondence. If this is the type of customer service they offer, it is highly ridiculous. I do not recommend this company as they are fraudulent and scam worthy!

I just ordered something with they code an I only paid 30.00 for shipping it said it was getting my items ready but I’m just not sure don’t look like real people as I’m in effect that’s promoting the items but it’s a waiting game for me I have wrote the company but I have it gotten any response as of yet so like I say I’m just waiting to see what’s going to happen with the watch an the sueng necklace

i ordered something on feb 5, it is now march 18. i never received the package and it’s been 6 weeks. shipping was said to only take 2-3 weeks. the company has completely ghosted and won’t respond to any of my messages concerning my missing package. also, my tracking link has not moved at all. 100% a scam. do not buy anything. report the instagram account if you can. @palmaloha.official
