We visit St. Augustine regularly and have never encountered such a scam for parking until today. We parked at 71 Spanish St.,32084 and paid by credit card for our three our stay. After following the directions we are told we have that this machine gives no receipts. We received a violation stating we didn’t pay and if we pay before 30 days that we would only have to pay 85.00 instead of 125.00. With all the years in Florida and paying on these machines I have never encountered such a scamming company. We will not be returning to St. Augustine any time soon and will suggest to many they do not also as well as watch the scamming parking. We had a retired Orlando sheriff who also witness our payment but this isn’t enough for Professional parking management.

Paid for parking on 2 separate occasions in downtown Greensboro, NC. I have my receipts for both. Invoice received has pictures of my license plate on both occasions indicating I did not pay.

Disputed both charges. What tipped me off as a scam is that the car is not registered in my name..but the invoice came to me.

I paid for parking at 151 NE 1 St. Miami Fl.33132. Received a bill in the mail from Professional Parking Management that I owe $90. I believe this is a scam. There is no way to contact this company. There was no signs in the parking lot that stated I had to pay additional fees. Pay by phone signs were the only means of payment in this parking lot which I did.

Professional parking management sent an invoice #550-273-931 for parking overstay of 85.00 but was reduced to 45.00. We parked at Carolina Parking 225 S Water st , Wilmington, Nc 28401 on 2-14-24 5:10-6:25 and paid with a card swipe for 8.25 and we have proof of that. What is creepy is that they had this information in detail including the license plate , state ,etc and even had a dark photo of the car. There are more complaints of this scam . Something is phishy about this , perhaps the swipe card machine was tampered with

I paid for parking at a saints game, have the receipt and it was in the dashboard. A month later I get an invoice threatening me to pay because I hadn’t paid. If I didn’t pay they would have booted my vehicle like the two I saw in the same lot that was booted.
