Type of a scam: Healthcare/Medicaid/Medicare

This company has been sending me and my husband Kelly bills for Jan. 4, 2021. We consistently get bills to both of us for the same date with differing amounts over the years. The bills have not stopped and come almost every month for me and my husband. I have contacted my insurance and they said the claim numbers are false and all my bills have been paid. I am concerned as to how they got my information and my husband's information from a lab or doctor's office. I have reported this once before and don't know what to do since they will not stop sending me the bills. Now they send ones that say they are going to collections. I have read multiple other accounts of the same thing happening to other people online. The bills are way higher than I ever have to pay for lab work and I always go to quest. They have misspelled things on the bills and they are not consistent with previous bills. Today was the first time they called my phone and asked for my husband. I don't know how they now have my phone number and I am really concerned for my personal information. You can see on the photo they spelled my street address Shell instead of Ebell. It still made it to my house but clearly it auto-corrected.

This laboratory is scamming patients . They tell you there is no charge,,,,,They do not send a bill untill over 1-2 years and then they send you bills for $900 for few lab tests!
The lab owner is Jay Zarghami, call himself a doctor and works with his son, Reza zarghami,
They SCAMMED many people by constantly sending irrelevant inflated bills and saying insurance was wrong or did not cover!
They have no merci even for their friends that send them patients.
Absolutely detesting scam lab. Save yourself and never get there.
contact the CCalifornia Dept of Public Health and file complaint or at least let them know about this SCAM BILLING LAB.

Type of a scam: Debt Collections

The Pacific Medical Lab has sent me multiple medical lab bills. I never went to their lad and they got my Doctors information and my address somehow and that is very concerning. I have confirmed with my insurance that they never billed them anything and that I have no outstanding bills. They have repeatedly sent a bill for $302.17 and the bill looks like someone just typed it up in a word document. The one I got today states that I have a bill I have not paid from a year and a half ago. They have been sending me a bill every few months for over a year. Now they are claiming to report me to collections and charge me extra fines.
