I used la rosa del monte as a moving company in orlando, so I insured my furniture with this company Pac Global, when my furniture arrived some pieces were missing others were broken, I reported with in days gave them pictures and the moving company also send them the paper work of the broken pieces. Is been 6 months still nothing, a young lady picks up the phone same story about she will email the adjuster, (which there is none) I've send so many emails not one respond, no call back nothing. Afterwards saw the reviews which I've should of done in the 1st place, but trusted the moving company since their the one that recommended it, and their not paying,they are doing this to so many people. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE STOPPED!
