I bought the outfit shown in a photo as on Pinterest. When it arrived, the outfit was totally different and just awful. I complained and said it wasn’t right. First they offered 15% rebate and I keep the outfit. At first I accepted that to get rid of them but the refund deposit didn’t show up right away said I changed my mind with advice I received told them and wanted to return it for a full refund. After a week they offered 35% refund. I had already sent it the same day as that email arrived - to the return address on the original package. After another week the said returns had to be approved and gave a list of ‘rules” including one that said the first return address on the package (in Mississauga) would be wrong for returns and they had to supply a different one. and also that returns had to be sent within 15 days of the original delivery to me (in August). They had stalled and stalled so the deadline was close. Today another email came which gave me an address in China but now it is too late, both for time limit and the fact that Canada Post said the package is supposed to be delivered to their “wrong return address” today. Mastercard can’t help me because I no longer have the package.

They don’t answer emails right away with some being a week since I sent mine. They stall and stall and I now think I am out of luck… but very nervous about them being even more crooked since they know my credit card information. My own belief now, after this experience, is that they use different company names on Pinterest, but I can’t prove that. I can, however, prove everything about my experience because I have the email trail, a screen-shot of the original ad as well as what arrived here, and proof that the article was sent along with its tracking number.

The best I think I can hope for now, I guess, is to flag them for what they are and try to warn others through you.
