I originally ordered one portable plug-in heater, but they sent four I was charged for four and paid for 4 on my credit card I received all four in the mail then I attempted to return all four items but they told me I could not return them to the return address on the package I received. They said I will have to return them to the address they give me only which was a Chinese address I tried calling them on their phone number that they gave many times but there was no answer. Then I ended up contacting them email and they said I would have to return them to China only and that the return warehouse would not accept them, and they would not credit me for the return if it was sent it to them I contacted my bank and they said they couldn’t do nothing if I wasn’t able to return the product so I emailed them and they offered me a 30% discount so I cut my loss and took it. The discount was around $77 for these items which they said they will return to me. I did check at UPS on the return address to China they gave and they said it would cost around 350 bucks to return the item to China which I thought was insane. This is a very good scam. They charge you for a product that you cannot return and your bank cannot do nothing about it when you can’t return it. Ozzi Heater
