When I listened to the VM, it was an automated voice that sounded female, addressing the message to my first and last name and identifying themselves as Optum Rx. It told me to call the ph number
1-800-200-2664 and said to enter a 7 digit pin that it gave so that "I will know it is you."
Then it said, "As a reminder" if I want to be removed from the call list, call... What I heard was these numbers, "844 651 765," but it sounded crackly and was unclear. It sounded like the digit was missing toward the end.
