I purchased two sweatshirts from Owen's Tee Garage. It took over two weeks to receive the items, and they do not look like what was advertised on their website. When I contacted the company, they told me colors could look different on different devices. However, it wasn't just the colors that were different. The sweatshirt itself was a completely different style. I emailed them asking for information on how to return the products, and I got multiple emails stating I should try them on, see if I like them, color quality is not a reason to return, etc. I have emailed them daily for the last week and I get the same generic answer. They avoid sending me the return information they claim I need for a refundable return.
