Gentleman made friends with an older woman, then started confessing his love for her. She believes they are in a romantic relationship, even though he is "out of the country". He's trying to get back into the states to "finally be with her". He asked for $1200. She still believes he is real and she is going to set up an account in his name so he can have access to the money he needs for his business.
