Scammer uses TSC similarity. I ordered 2 big red barn brooder kits. At no point was I aware that I was ordering from the UK as it had listed a California warehouse. Product listed as "shipped" and I received an email notice. Tracking showed in coming from overseas. I followed it through customs in both countries, with the tracking info that was sent to me. Once in the USA it appeared to be coming to me, but it actually attached to tracking of another product from another company. Upon receipt of my other order, I contacted ovengate and I continue to get told it was delivered, even when I explain it was not. I have asked for a full refund and am awaiting an answer. Please avoid this Ovengate company via ovengate.com. they will scam you!
