I purchased 2 colored yetti cups and 2 cup handles from their website on 12/18/2016. My credit card has been charged and I have yet to receive the cups. I tried many times to get in touch with someone's from the company via email, phone, and live chat on their website. I did receive the handles but I highly doubt I am ever going to get the yetti cups. I finally spoke to someone via live chat on their website. He assured me that they just got the cups back in stock and he would put me as priority to have my order shipped right away. That was at least 2 weeks ago. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.
