We did a business to Robert Samuel Jackson aka Bob (Outdoor Design) for a home improvement to do aluminum cover patio in our backyard. He went to our place May 17 2021 to check the our backyard and consultation on how it will construct by illustrating it...then on June 10, 2021 my husband decided to push thru the project so Bob went again to our place and get the downpayment check worth $2,850 and according to him it will take 3 months max to get the materials from other country...so we trust the process. And after a month we are waiting for at least a message of updates and progress from him but nothing...until qe txt him about the update and at first his not responding only after few days telling us that don't worry about it...and we requested him to give us update once in a while so we know what's going on. Of course as a consumer/customer we just want a good communication and better service since you gave that amount of money. And it's 3 months already same thing he never updated us unless we txt him and ask...a few weeks after 3 months of waiting and bad customer service we decides to cancel and give us our supposed refund...and up to now we are asking him and always give us false hopes that he will give us refund...like he will send check and we waited from mail but nothing came...and then tell him we never receive any check from him...there

is one time he ask us to get the check under his door-mart at their place coz his not at home. Is this the kind of person you can trust...we told him to give the refund back in appropriate way, we gave him the check in a nice way. That's why we did this report/complain hoping to at least he'll give us back the refund and for others not to experience the same thing what the person did to us. Hoping and praying that you will help us on resolving this matter.. Thank you and God bless everyone.
