I called a locksmith for my grandfather as he was locked out of his bedroom. The business mentioned during the call rough estimate of $40 to $300 depending on the outcome. The technician was on site for less than 20 mins. I asked the technician to call me and let me know the cost. Instead he asked my 87 year old grandfather was it ok to continue. My grandfather call me thereafter upset as he was charge $400 and that is with a discount to open the bedroom door. Nothing was replaced at all the door was just unlocked. The technician never gave a receipt or returned my calls. I called the numbers on the website and no answers when I tried for another phone number I rec'd the person inform me they were only the dispatch and the didn't know who I need to file a complaint with. They were suppose to forward on the information and it's been a few days and no one has called me or forwarded me a receipt of this service. This is ashamed a 87 year old person, who is on a fixed income, overcharged for a bedroom door. For that price I could have replaced the entire door. I'm very upset because I was told one thing on the phone and once they knew my grandfather was all alone this company took advantage of him.
