Tow truck showed up at scene of accident without being called. Had a blank work order signed and towed car to a fenced lot beside a tire center with no means to repair a car involved in a collision. Wouldnt answer phone once they began being questioned. Added on extra charges and fees that were made up ie distance. Charged for wait time which they didnt wait for anything since they were never called and asked to do anything. Charged $2500+tax bc our car was not being repaired with them and refused to move car elsewhere when asked. Wouldnt answer phone to arrange to get belongings out of vehicle. Wouldnt answer questions about what kind of charges were being incurred stating insurance has to call us for them to deal with it.
