So I saw on FB an ad for the peekaboo dress by osmoni. I spent almost $50 CDN. I ordered on the 26th of June 2025 and got a confirmation email with my ordered confirmed. Says will be delivered by UPS...still nothing. It's August 21 2025. I tried to email support like the website says, it it come back as non existing?!?! There's another website cshelp.vp, it says it allows you to open a dispute, I've done that too, they emailed me a dispute number, when I check the status it says open and processing. I even made an account with the same information I used with my order on the osmoni website. When I tried to track my order it says I've never placed one.

Order Backless Active Dress that was on sale on July 15, 2025 .The website looks legit . They even sent an acknowledgement email about the order. It’s now August 8, 2025 and the company has not delivered the item.
