Wanted to buy a robot vacuum. Looked on line and found a consumer reports article listing top rated brands and Oryzom listed as #1. Went to their website and ordered for $279.99 on July 29, 2025. Tried calling and emailed [email protected] twice with no response. Never received a projected delivery date or product.

I went with online review and ordered v10 robotic vacuum. The deal was too good to be true and read more reviews and discovered it was a bait and switch. Order the V10, they send the V8 and give the run around about returns then they go silent. I immediately cancelled the order (within 72 hours) before they shipped and put transaction into dispute with my credit card company.

They shipped product several days later and apologized for not being able to stop it before shipping. So far it has cost me $27.35 to send it back via US mail.

I did a search for the best robot vacuums. Found reviews on consumertestreports.com saying the Oryzom robot vac is the best. They had a link to the site which I clicked on. Reviews said they were good vacuums so I ordered one. I never received the product.
