The merchandise I received looks nothing like the picture, it don't fit right and the material is poor, I initiate the return process
After months writing back and forward with their customer service we agreed on a refund of 70% of my money, and no need to return the dress. Weeks past and I have not received my refund, and when I contact them they state there is an issue with my account and the refund will not be sent before 6 months. This is a scam and I want the website down, to protect other people.
