You've already rated this company, Orthoture, with an F because they won't respond to you. Unfortunately, I didn't look here first. I have written negative reviews elsewhere to warn people not to buy shoes from them. But I do believe they are an international scam organization based in China. Lots of Chinese writing seen on my emails, my shoe wrappings, the sites are listed on my Yelp review, and I have the emails if you want them. But I listed the California address you have, and there's another one I found in Lafayette, Colorado.

Most of the other buyers weren't as lucky as me. I managed to get $25.19 back after being promised 35%. And I did get 2 pair of really crappy shoes that don't fit me, and I'm embarrassed to give away. Took about 3 months total to get the shoes, and trying to return them. Only to find out that you have to pay postage to China, and then they likely won't refund you. Weeks in between emails. There's addresses in Colorado and California, different company names all over the place. I haven't seen a phone number yet.

I put an extensive review on Yelp with what I've found if you're interested. Then I couldn't find that, so my time and research may have been wasted. Anyway, you already know about these guys. I think the feds should know although that didn't help me in the past so probably not worth the effort now.

I'm a writer, these folks have excellent internet copywriters, very persuasive and primary English speakers. You can tell their writing from ESL speakers. They're also being hired to write good reviews. The bad reviews are real, totally describe my experience too. Thanks for trying to help others, hopefully they'll check here before they buy. I know I will next time and every time, if I buy online again.

I ordered shoes from my phone that has a SCAM ad on Weather Channel app. The shoes were advertised as 100% guaranteed money back. They were too small and husband didn't like. Trying to return they asked for photos of shoes to verify before sending me return info, then to take measurements of shoes since no size on the shoes. Unfortunately I sent photos to this email taken from my home location. They started by stating too late to return (which was ordered 3/6/25), they stated 30 day return. Cautioned not to return to their address on package: 2452 Gillingham Circle, Thousand Oaks, CA 91362

They said I should give them to a family or friend. They would refund me 10% only. Thanks!

I've deleted the Weather Channel app off my phone. I've reported email address as spam and blocked it.

Since I never heard of them and their shoes looked so good for the price, I looked up reviews. They said they were scammers. However, they are not listed on your website. Are they scammers or not? If their products are inferior or nonexistent, then we need to know.

Order shoes online. They shipped two paid because we couln't track where we initally ordered now they won't send return label or address of where to return shipment. Now they won't even return my emails. Says they give measurements on site to measure your feet...I did not see that

I purchased a pair of shoes which I had to return. I contacted the merchant about the problem. they wanted pictures which I sent. They offered me 10% then 20% of price paid without return. I refused. They then said I had to return them to China at my expense. I told them that if they do business in USA they need to provide an address in USA for returns or warn customers of this in return policy. We are at an impasse. I did inform my credit card company of the problem.
