An online order at https://www.orionfiltershop.com (for refrigerator filters) resulted in a payment confirmation from "SimpleJoy", not the Orion Filter Shop. I immediately tried cancelling the order but was told the order could not be cancelled. I was given a fake address ( 180 Union Tpke, Queens, NY 11366) which was where I was suppose to return the filters at my expense. Checking the address, I discovered this was not a legitimate address. The filters arrived, but were not original GE filters as advertised. They were imitation filters that did not have required chip needed by the refrigerator to work. The shipping address was listed as 2452 Gillingham Circle, Thousand Oaks CA. Researching this website, I discovered other people were also scammed with imitation water filters.
