Same experience as others, SCAM

Not much to say that hasn't been said. My experience was the same as the two other reviews and the trustpilot reviews. Working with my bank to recover my money.
This is the worst scam I've seen in a long time.

Online Retailer Scam

They steal product photos for the website, and send a low quality different pajama. I assume the pajama came from China, the return address is a storage service facility, and trust pilot has 150+ reviews that they don’t give full refunds, and make buyer pay for return shipping to China.

Online Retailer Scam

I ordered 6 sets of pajamas from Original Pajamas on Sept. 24th. To date, I received 5 of the pajama tops but no bottoms or the 6th top. After several email exchanges back and forth, the company would only offer a 50% credit or 20% refund. To get a full refund, they asked for a return of the tops to a location in China. Here is the address I was given:

Needless to say, that was not practical due to shipping costs and it appears there is no physical location in the U.S or a phone number that answers calls. Most of the email response appeared to be chat bots writing back but I'm not certain. Again, I never received the 6 pajama sets ordered (only 5 pajama tops, no pants) and after sending my receipt and tracking information, nothing has been resolved. I think this is a 'shopify' site but also noticed several other complaints on Trustpilot after my purchase. I think it should definitely be a warning for other consumers to not risk buying from this company.
