I ordered a painting from this business on April 27, 2020. My bank account was charged on April 28, 2020 reading "originalpainybynumber" rather than "originalpaintbynumber". The link for my order does not work and I get an error message. I emailed customer service regarding my order and got a generic reply from a separate email. I have not yet been contacted again from [email protected] and I also have not received my order.

I purchased multiple paint by number kits on April 13. Received order confirmation. Never received goods. I sent multiple emails to the only email address listed and did not receive a response. I was given tracking information through an unknown carrier. The tracking number never showed results, only saying there was no record of the tracking information. The website not have a way to track an order and there is no phone number listed so you cannot call and get in touch with anyone.

so i seen you guys took down a website called originalpaintbydiamonds.com and seems like the same people are scamming again. it’s called originalpaintbynumber.com this time and they shut down their email their number goes straight to voicemail and there’s been many and many bad reviews saying this company took their money and never sent anything and the same thing is happening to my mom. i want this shut down because facebook even likes to advertise them. people want this site down and i do as well so no one gets robbed again.

I was searching for a gift for Mother’s Day, and this site came up as an advertisement, so I followed it, and found a decent site with great choices for paintings, as well as decent prices. I chose two pictures, and had no trouble purchasing. After my purchase I got a text confirming my order with an order number saying they would send another text when the order shipped. I was charged immediately, and went to check my order on their site, but their site had been taken down, and the link given to track my order goes directly to a popup ad website linking me to other sites that I have never heard of. I have been unable to track my order or contact anyone from the business to see what is going on, so I checked their Facebook page. Their Facebook page offers no source of contact, and only has three posts which are updated background photos which were posted in January. After reading comments by others on these posts, I’ve noticed that others ordered from their site, as well, with no way to contact the business, and no delivery after several weeks or months. The business has taken tons of money with no delivery of their product, and no way to contact them. I am going to be cancelling my card and ordering a new one, and I will be disputing this purchase with my credit card.

I placed an order online and received a confirmation email, and payment was immediately taken out of my PayPal. Since the confirmation email, (nearly 1 month ago) I have not heard anything from them. I have sent numerous emails. I finally looked them up on Facebook (it's not linked to their website), and their page is full of comments from other people also saying they never got their order or heard anything from them after getting payment taken out of their account.
