This website is a scam. I placed orders for myself and family back in April. They are elaborate. They even have a customer service survey along with a COVID-19 policy to stay current and earn your trust. They said there will be delays due massive orders which made sense. After a few weeks I checked the website and there was an error. It was no more. I then went to Trust Pilot and sure enough other people were reporting its a scam. Orders were placed but no one received their orders. Now a month later I started receiving emails from them again. Weekly emails advertising gifts for Fathers Day's etc. The website is up again. In stead of Original Paint by Number it's Original Paint by Numb3rs.

This company markets on Facebook and I keep getting their email marketing! But they don't come through. I purchased a paint by numbers for my teen daughter for something for her to do during the coronavirus shutdown. That was over TWO MONTHS AGO. They emailed and said the shipment would be late because of COVID-19; now I discover it was all a scam and I STILL get emails from them telling me to buy! They must be fooling so many.

I saw posts on facebook and instagram that were advertising paint by numbers items. I went to this site because I thought it was the original paint by numbers. I order an item for $34.00 and it never arrived. I have sent two emails and no response. I went back to look on the facebook page and there are numerous posts about people being scammed and not getting their items and not able to reach anyone. Looking more carefully at the website, there are no posts about their refund policy, no phone number for customer service, no other links that go to anything. I should have looked at the website more carefully, but I was on my phone.

This company is a scam. I found this company via a Google search for paint by numbers. Their ad shows up first, and states they ship within 24 hours (false advertising). I ordered about $75 of paint by numbers kits at the beginning of April and did not receive the items 2 months later. Attempts to contact the company by email (the only contact method available) were not replied to, although I received an automated message about a week later trying to reassure me that they were working on everyone's orders. When accessing the tracking website they sent in the confirmation email (one I've never heard of) my tracking number could not be found. When I clicked through the confirmation email to look for my order information, I then got a 404 error. They stole my money with no intention of shipping the goods - avoid this company at all costs! I filed a claim with my credit card company.

I ordered the paint by number when the “Shelter in place” took effect, this project seemed like something that my children could spend time doing. I ordered 4 paint by numbers on 4/26/20, on 5/3/20 I received an email stating my order would be shipped with a confirmation order. I click the confirmation and it takes me to a page that states “this page no longer exists”. I contacted them on multiple occasions by email, and tried to call and the number had the busy signal. I’m very sad that someone would purposely try to scam families at a time like this. It’s very sad that you can’t even order a simple craft project for your kids without being scammed.

This company failed to deliver the product ordered, failed to reply to emails, and failed to credit my credit card when I asked to cancel my order. The tracking number they gave me is not valid, and a link in their email that is supposed to go to my order goes to a 404 page on their website instead. Meanwhile they continue to aggressively market themselves on Facebook and via email. The address on their marketing emails is different from the one on their website (it's 2740 Slough Street Mississauga, Ontario L4T 1G3). They have no phone number listed on their website to contact them. I believe this company actually originates from outside of the US based on some of the grammar in the emails. I didn't lose a lot of money, but I'm sure they're pulling in a lot of money from small transactions like mine that they have no intention of fulfilling. I am also concerned that they now have my credit card number; I am watching my transactions carefully.

I purchased a paint by number painting from original paint by number.com on March 30, 2020. I quickly received a text message confirming the purchase ($25) and an email confirmation. However, as time went on, I continued to email them to see when this painting would arrive. I sent about 3 emails and got back very informal responses. I’ve since gone onto their FB account and you can see for yourself, the number of angry customers who feel we’ve been scammed out of money is mind boggling. Seems no one is receiving their paintings, the items are not able to be tracked and as I said, no one is responding. At one point, their website was down, no one answers their phone. It seems like a scam business. Luckily we disputed this through the credit card company and it was settled, but it’s very unnerving that many people are dealing with the same upsetting situation!

I have tried relentlessly to contact via email and phone to no avail, and had to open a dispute with my credit card. I did receive a confirmation email, and a bogus tracking number about a month later. The site they referred me to to track the shipping number does not even exist!

This business is taking orders and charging credit cards online, but not ever shipping any product, replying to emails, or phone. When you call them, it's a robotic voicemail and no one ever answers or responds. After making the purchase, the email confirmation takes you to an error page for shipping.
