Oregon Community Credit Union/ impostor / Home warranty Reports & Reviews (1)

- Eugene, OR, USA • Mar 16, 2026

I received USPS mail with the return address listed as:

PRSRT STD

U.S. Postage

PAID

Permit No. 699

Mailed from zip code 92799 (which USPS says belongs to Santa Ana, California).

It was mailed to my correct name and said it was secured by ***OREGON CMNTY CU - PLEASE CALL TO VERIFY***"

Oregon Community Credit Union is where I bank and have my home loan.

Letter includes my correct name and address. It tells me multiple times this is the final notice and to contact them immediately to verify my information. It says if I don't call by 3/20/2026 (about 10 days from now) - may result in lapse of coverage - and they can revoke my eligibility for coverage. Threatens me multiple times. Letter says "Refer to Property Code: DTM3196441" and only way to contact them is the phone number: 1-888-678-5131.

It says "Operating Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am to 7:00pm CST. Closed Sundays"

I thought it was interesting they show CST for central timezone. I did not call anyone as I believe this is a phishing scam.
