Online Purchase

Somehow a product was order and also a subscription was charged for a health weight loss product...it showed up in my mail and I never ordered it. I did see it and looked at the ad on my Facebook but didn't order it as I would never pay that much for something I did not know anything about. I checked my emails to see if I accidentally ordered. IT showed that I was charged for the product but not see anything about a subscription until I contacted PayPal, and they said it was also there. I contacted the company several times by phone and email and said I wanted it refunded, and I would return the product as I did not order it and did not want it. They sent me to [email protected]. I made contact with both of the emails I had, and they said I must use the product for a while before they would give me a refund. I said I did not want to try out the product, but they refused to refund me. When I contacted PayPal they reported it as fraud and are hoping to refund me my money. I have seen other reports since then online saying it is a fraud and scam as people are not getting their money back and the promises of the product are bogus.
