Ordered Product through alppouch. All was fine and good as I paid for a product that was $103.96 and had free delivery. Days later, I was contacted by Swift Delivery Services that my package was on hold and couldn't be released until I paid the insurance fee of $78.99 using cryptocurrency. I refused, stating this was a scam that i did not have to pay for insurance and had free shipping. After contacting ALPPouch, I have gotten no remedy to the situation
